The TEXINFINE Laboratory Website is a work protected by intellectual property law. Personal Data

The TEXINFINE Laboratory attaches particular importance to the privacy and protection of the personal data of its customers and prospects.

TEXINFINE commits itself to respect the provisions of the law n°78-17 of January 6th, 1978 called « Informatique et Libertés » as well as European Regulation 2016/679 relative to the protection of the natural persons with the treatment of the data of character personnel and the free movement of this data.

TEXINFINE is, within the meaning of EU Regulation 2016/679, responsible for the processing of personal data under the conditions described below.

 - The processing of personal data is carried out of ensure the management of orders (delivery, payment, after-sales service, etc...) and more generally for the proper execution of the sales contract governed by these Terms and Conditions.

- TEXINFINE collects, to the extent strictly necessary for the performance of the said contract, the following personal data : NAME, FIRST NAME, POSTAL ADDRESS, EMAIL ADDRESS, TELEPHONE, PASSWORD, HISTORY OF ORDERS AND REFERENCE TRANSACTION, BANK CARD NUMBER (via the service provider trusted third party, responsible for payment transactions) NAME OF PRESCRIBER if it is communicated to us.

This information is essential for the performance of the Contract. Otherwise the order of the Customer can not succeed.

The processing of this data may also be carried out for the purpose of sending the customer the commercial offers of the TEXINFINE Laboratory or its commercial partners provided that the Customer has consented thereto.

- During the consultation of the Site, information relating to the Customer's browsing on the Site, may be recorded in "cookie" files installed on the computer of the Customer, subject to the choices that the Customer would have expressed regarding cookies and that the Customer can change at any time. Cookies are small text files that are installed on the Customer's hard drive via its Internet browser, to allow the system to recognize the Client's browser. No personal data is collected by TEXINFINE as part of this activity, only statistical data are collected and analyzed for the purpose of optimizing the Website. Some cookies are installed until the closure of the Client's browser, others are kept for longer. Cookies are kept for a maximum of 12 months. The Help section of the toolbar of most browsers indicates how to refuse "cookies" or get a message that signals their reception, or how to disable all "cookies". Any setting of the Customer on the use of cookies may modify this browsing on the Internet and its conditions of access to certain Services requiring the use of cookies.

TEXINFINE does not collect or process any personal information known as "behavior" of the Customer, as defined by Ordinance n° 2011-1012 of 24 August 2011 on electronic communications. Any implementation of cookie of behavior on the Site by TEXINFINE will be the object of a prior express authorization of the Customer on the Site.

- The period of retention of the collected data is 1 year from the last activity on the account or final closure, with the exception of credit card details which will be kept only the time of the payment transaction, unless the Customer has consented to the retention of such banking data.

This data may then be archived for an additional 4 years in order to preserve the rights of each of the Parties to these Terms and Conditions.

- Only recipients of your data will be :
-   TEXINFINE laboratory ;
-   Its IT service provider in charge of the processing of personal data ;
-   Its contractors responsible for the execution of orders namely : order picking operators, deliverers, business partners when the ordered products are directly shipped by them ;

 The personal data processed are not transferred outside the European Union and the stored within the Union.

- In accordance with the regulations on the protection of personal data (Regulation EU  2016/679 known as the "GDPR"), people have, on the personal data concerning them :
-    A right of access to the data collected ;
-    A right to correct inaccurate personal data ;
-    A right to the limitation of treatment under the conditions provided for in Section 3 of Chapter III of the GDPR;
-    A right to erasure under the conditions provided for in section 3 of Chapter III of the GDPR;
-    A right to portability ;
-    A right to oppose the treatment under the conditions provided for in section 4 of Chapter III of the GDPR ;
-    A right not to be subject to automated processing under the conditions provided for in Section 4 of Chapter III of the GDPR ;
-    A right to make a complaint to the national supervisory authority, namely the CNIL.

Use of the Site

 a. Use of the content of the Site :
The TEXINFINE laboratory endeavor to update the content of the Site and to provide Users with accurate information. Netherless, the user knows that the transmission of data and information on the Internet only benefit from a relative technical reliability, these circulating on networks of very heterogeneous nature. Therefore, TEXINFINE Laboratory can not guarantee the accuracy of the date on the Site.

b. Site Access :
The TEXINFINE laboratory strive to keep the Site accessible, without being bound by any obligation to do so. It is specified that for the purpose of maintenance, updating, and for any other reason including technical, access to the Site may be interrupted. The TEXINFINE Laboratory is in no way responsible for these interruptions and the consequences that may result for the User.

c. Hypertext links set up on the Site :
The hypertext links set up the Site may lead the User to the Websites of different partners. It is specified that the TEXINFINE Laboratory have not verified all the Site possibly linked to his Site, their contents and the information which are present there, and therefore decline any responsibility on the contents of these Sites and onthe use made by the User. The use of these Sites by the User is the sole responsibility of the latter.

Modification of the notice
 
The TEXINFINE Laboratory retain the possibility of modifying at any time these instructions of use of the Site, in particular to respect any new regulation or legislation or to improve the consultation of the Site by the User.
